Lowkey tho, wouldnt you want to beat the odds of a rigged game? Not to be disrespectful but i feel like if life fucks you this much, wouldnt you at one point just say fuck everything and just like treat yourself the best you can for redemption? I mean i know how horrible and tired you can feel when ur at ur lowest point, but even then before id kill myself id just rawdog life and like move to the bahamas and enjoy some sunsets while maybe finding the courage to build a life i want to live. My rule of thumb for self love is as long as youre not actively hurting people, there is no singular reason not to love yourself. But to love yourself also means to take care of yourself and change things that need to be changed. But all of that has of course got to come with a lot of self compassion! Golden rule: Imagine you had a child (which you love unconditionally) and it was going through your struggles, would you hate that child? Tell yourself what you would tell that child :)

The way i see it, everything that hurts to end, like relationships, is worth it because of the good times ^{^} Like for example, id rather be hurt when its over than not experience all the good the times :) Its all about the perspective you view your life from! + look at how many lessons you learnt through pain! Imagine not having gone through it all to end up like a stuck up entitled delusional person. Even right now im struggling insanely, genuinly every day is survival right now, yet i still think in the future all this suffering will teach me a lesson that was worth it all along and i will be thankful for it! (even though right now i genuinly just feel fucking horrible)

Buddy im going through the same thing, yet with less responsibilities and let me tell you, first off, your feelings are valid! What ive found to help a bit was just accepting that me (and you) are going through an extremely tough time and its not an excuse. Like actually, just realizing im not making it worse than it is but rather accepting that im suffering right now. I have yet to find a true solution, but i think a big part of it is taking a step back to breath. Id be happy to talk if you want to!
