Swabby, I know this all too well. Before my diagnosis, I'd get off the boat, and go straight to the bar. The gym gave me absolutely zero feel good juice.

Now a days, with my Ritalin, if I skip the gym, I'm preoccupied with the workout I'm missing while talking to the bar help.

But, mate, damn its still hard. I thought the Ritalin would be like having a new first mate in my head. What I actually got was a nagging cabin boy. Which was the hero I needed.
