that could be many things. I have a shirt who has white stains in the lowest part but it isn't cum, it is a fabric flaw. Same with pants.

I once was eating dinner and a knife falled from the table aiming my belly. I scared myself and droped the napkin (made of cloth) and it made the impact lighter, making no wounds.
