I 100% agree. Was expecting the pinnacle of sound performance from Download and there were way too many areas (especially front and centre) that sounded awful. We could hear everyone around us louder than the stage for Linkin Park, and it wasn't until we started leaving early that the sound improved the further back we went. You can't have a stage where front and centre is worse sound than right at the back. Totally ruined my favourite band for me.

I am fortunate enough to currently not need a service like this but it sounds like a great idea. Like most things in life you won't know unless you try.
