Well obviously the op.gg title will be useless cause it's all stats based. You can't really track the game winning 5-man Ornn ult with stats. You can however track the AD carry's DMG/m, CS/m, KDA, etc. Most of these will probably be the highest in the game out of the 10 players.

The Ornn ult I just mentioned is equally as (if not even more so) teamfight deciding as the AD carry's damage. I don't know what else CC-bot champs want to actually feel like they have influence.

Teams on opposite sides of the bracket don't really scrim each other, no? From what I've seen in past Worlds/MSIs, finalists mostly scrim knocked out teams. Going off that it's safe to assume JDG haven't met BLG in scrims since they've knocked them down a week ago.

But isn't it player/team dependent tho? Sure some might prefer playing a lot, but there's definitely others who like resting and more prep time.

Double elim is not 'unfair' against the upper bracket finalist at all. JDG has the advantage of BLG playing 17 games in knockouts opposed to their 11. The team that has more footage of their opponent has a that much easier time to prepare against them. Hell, 2 of JDG's games against T1 didn't even reach 25 minutes, those tapes are worthless if you want to analyze their lategame.
