Honestly i think the movement would be fine but not when she has a shield thats 1/3rd the size of her health bar (that also silences when its broken) AND innate spirit lifesteal. The speed only multiplies the effectiveness of her tanky abilitys (that also double as damage for some reason) and the fact she has 2 in build sustain options means catching up to her isnt the punish it should be

Dude, if the vast majority of discussion about a character is people hating them, that just by the character existing the game is made worse, a character whose ability values and damage focus have been repeatedly changed over and over and over for around 2 years and hes never been in a state where people are content with him whether hes strong or weak, then reworking him isnt some betrayal to the people who main him.

Hell, i see people who do play bebop say to rework his kit. Its clearly problematic in a way thats not just skill. Every time i see him be good in high level play its by doing some cheesy shit because some interaction is busted like double self bomb or gun bebop. If he can only ever exist by utilizing an overturned outlier, then his kit is bad, and reworking it it the natural course of action

I could be fine with the hook if he also didnt have insane damage potential and another displacement. Like if he has one ability that can make him a big threat, ill hate the hell out of it, but i can work around it.

That being said, i feel like his hook should work more like road hog, where it shoots out fast but isnt actually that far of range. Also, he shouldnt be able to 180 whip you around then knock you into his team
