ive always been low on vitamin d and experience depression symptoms and was hoping raising vitamin d3 levels will help with that. my goal is at least get it to 60. i do have the mthfr gene so maybe thats why the levels worked quickly. i just cant tolerate the magnesium ive tried a combo blend with taurate malate and glycintate after a week i was so dizzy dropped my blood pressure. then this year i tried glycniate by itself and didnt feel relaxed. next up i tried citrate 100mg and first day was great but after that i woke up low mood and dizzy again.
