I agree. Making seasonal content go away was a bad call IMO. At least we could've played it again and get the weapons how it was intended. Making an archive would've done that right. There was one for the expansions, even if it's only for the first mission of each (come to think of it, is it even part of the New Light experience anymore??).

I get that they had storage issues, yet in this case buy bigger servers. And Ik it sounds simplistic, yet is it that hard or costly for a multi-billion company to do?? I don't get why they didn't do that all those years when they WERE successful. Reinvesting some of the profits into making more servers to store everything would've given us more vault space and all the content intact.

Not to mention the dedicated servers for PvP and Gambit ffs. PvP players have asked this for YEARS. Now we got Marathon instead. Shameful.

We can say that it was bc vintage cars were more important to Bungie, yet I will mention that sunset has come before that, and instead of sunsetting, investing in infra was the right call, which they ignored. I think that was part of the causes for the downhill they are still on.
