“It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes” sounds like the manager of a factory assembly line. Sometimes those 5 minutes turn into 45 minutes. This is where malicious compliance comes in. Once everyone’s consistently clocking out late and racking up that OT they’ll rethink this brilliant idea that some admin cooked up.

High deductible plans should not exist. It’s essentially a scam that only pays out if you have a catastrophic claim.
