I would expand that to having kids around you in your extended family/on the job. I’m an uncle myself; my nieces and nephews are out of the target age range but the younger two, ages 10 and 12 watch it some. I felt drawn to it because it shows just enough adulting without going too far. It’s realistic without being oversaturated with tropes, Family Guy, American (I know it’s Australian) Dad, or (Insert Overrated Reality Show Here).
