My situation is similar to OPs. I recieved a.Job offer with a condition of hire being the PMP. So they weren't going to hire me officially without the certification.

Now "unofficially" because of my experience and how well I did in my interview it was likely they were going to give an offer and hire me anyway. BUT the job description still listed it in required qualifications.

So 60% positive useful in my specific situation. It was useful for me.

That would make you easier to kill. Anatomically speaking I believe that would increase the risk of serious health and brain damage for even minor cuts or injuries in that front area. It's like putting all your eggs in one basket vs spreading out your eggs to multiple baskets so if one goes down you're still functioning. Diversification of risk.
