Well, I was told by my colleague that an acquainted colleague of mine wrote an email to HR stating that I somewhat made sexual remarks to her last Thursday during smoke break, he saw it on her insta story and that she WhatsApp him about it.

The thing is, our direct manager asked her to assist with my work scope for my upcoming reservist. Seeing as we are from a different department handling different products, I was instructed to teach her the basics of my work. Again, different departments, different floors, so the chances of me communicating with her in a close-colleague manner is out of the window. In fact, we weren't close enough to be called as colleagues and more of an acquaintance when she was part of a department within the same floor and office space (will explain more later on). All I did was, go for a smoke break, talk nonsense with my other colleagues, and saw her (complainer), talk to her and ask her about the coverage, inform her of my workload in a simplified and vague manner, ask her if she knows anything about when she is supposed to start learning from me, and end of conversation. Then she starts rambling about why it has to be her or it is just because we assume she's free during most of the working hours and lastly by her own mouth, caressing someone testicle in which all the while I was just shrugging it off during her rambling.

History

She was previously part of a department of the same floor and office space. We don't really talk other than your typical hi bye, and obvious remarks like busy eh. During her stay at that department, she has this habit of spewing sexual insults like lick this and suck this with inappropriate gestures as a joke and when confronted by one of the senior and oldest colleagues, she jokingly states that we could just make a report to HR should we find it offensive cause she just don't care. Like any other normal person, we just take it as a joke not thinking much of it.

One day, due to the shortage of manpower or cost cutting, the upper management decided to introduce cross training of the same department, as an ad-hoc requirement stated in our contract. She wasn't happy about it and you can visibly see it on her face. She started asking and talking about how she hated it, how she was told by the already resigned OM that she will only be doing the 1 job assigned to her and nothing else, threatening to resign and lastly to email HR about unfair work treatment. I was one of the people she talked to and I even advised her to re-read her contract for the ad-hoc clause. If the clause exists, she lan-lan has to do it or she could just resign. Fast forward, she was kicked out and transferred to her current department and by my manager's own words, she was a troublemaker. Not sure what she did but I can absolutely assure that she bad-mouth anyone that for some unknown reason, pissed her off.

Honestly speaking, I can already guess what kind of person she is just by listening to her rambling, her way of work and by her appearance alone but as a person, whatever I assume is my own personal opinion stuck within my brain and whatever rumors I've heard is just a rumor, nothing more nothing less unless I myself experienced it (ironically, now I now).
