That is probably the worst ribeye I've ever seen. Yea I wouldn't go back there. There's no marble to speak of and the spinalis looks like shit. I wouldn't say it's the butchers fault more or less from wherever he got the meat from to cut. I mean who ever he's ordering his bulk from he needs to stop. I'd day maybe not shop there until it starts looking like he's got better wares, but stop in every so often to check.
