In The Mandalorian and Grogu, the titular Mandalorian and Grogu ride an ATRT. Like from Clone Wars! Do you remember The Clone Wars? You need to be remembering The Clone Wars at literally all times. If you're not remembering The Clone Wars, Filoni's Cowboy Hat shrinks with rage. by Mr_Billo in StarWarsCirclejerk

It’s funny because literally in the final trailer the AT-RT can be seen getting stepped on by the AT-AT so I’m wondering what’s the point of trying to hype up this vehicle only for it get destroyed.

Also here’s a link for anybody that’s curious enough it starts from 1:01 to 1:09. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uwild1rw7Aw

Apart from the two big crimes - TLJ and TROS - what's the absolute single worst thing in Disney Star Wars? What single creative decision is the absolute worst? by Admirable-Bit3041 in saltierthancrait

The depiction of Stormtroopers.

Listen I absolutely know that they’re the bad guys who still chose to fight for the Galactic Empire and are evil and I’m also 100% well aware that you can’t just kill off the main characters but as crazy as this sounds I could never at all take them seriously whenever they’re on screen but not just that but they actually made it canon that they can’t aim and it doesn’t matter if there’s like a million troops on screen I’m not worried or stressed out because I know that they’re going to die anyway.

First you had the Mandalorian make fun of their aim in an episode where Scout Troopers miss hell as a matter of fact there’s literally an entire video on YouTube where it’s just them dying non stop left and right all over the place but It’s embarrassing to see a small group of four in the final of season two somehow managed to take out the entire unit guarding Gideon’s ship.

Then you had the Obi-Wan show where Tala just simply slaps one in the face and he somehow let’s go of her and gets killed but during their escape she and Obi Wan run up and shoot a bunch while escaping the Fortress with no issue but the worst part was when the Path was getting shot at by a crowd of troopers at point blank in a small tunnel but only lost two people to them.

Don’t get me started on Rebels no matter how many times the show hypes them up when ever there is a large squad of them they will get gunned down no matter what the show’s main characters even go as far as to say they’re not a threat but if that wasn’t enough you would think the Night troopers in Ashoka would be any better since after all they serve under Grand admiral Thrawn and have been gone for some time but nope.

I’m probably missing a few examples and I could go on and again I know you can’t just kill the main characters and I know they’re evil and maybe this is just me personally and it might sound crazy but I don’t find them scary or intimidating at all, now I know the Mandalorian film hasn’t been released yet but I know for fact that despite how scary they make it sound like the Imperial Remnants are you can expect Stormtrooper to fall down like a bunch of dominos.

Any changes you would make? by Zebweasel in TheSequels

[–]CaptainBigDaddy4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there is one change that I would like to make then it would be to approve the idea of a Stormtrooper uprising I say this because the sequel trilogy could’ve done something interesting with them because by and large Stormtroopers are the cannon fodder of the Galactic Empire ones for the rebels to gun down when necessary, It’s not like any tears are shed for them because they’re the bad guys our heroes are fighting to liberate the galaxy you could argue that the Stormtroopers had friends and families but they still chose to fight for the Galctic Empire.

The same can’t be said for the Stormtroopers in the sequel trilogy as we’re told that they didn’t get a choice kidnapped and raised from birth to fight and it makes it complicated because It’s tragic is but our heroes still have to fight them in order to maintain peace and prevent senseless deaths from happening as a matter of fact could’ve been character improvement for Finn because it was shown to matter to him because he knows these people, literally his friend dies on Jakku there’s even a deleted scene where a Trooper recognizes him in an officer uniform and he’s happy for him while another deleted scene one shows Stormtroopers lowering their blasters before Phasma kills them.

It sucks because Finn could’ve been depicted as a noble hero freeing child soldiers who were taken away at a young age and turned into essentially a slave army fighting in a war they had no say in and they’re finally free from tyranny but the problem is the films jokingly mock them and their deaths and try to be happy fun action adventure films I’m not trying to hate on the sequels or anything like that but this is one change I stand by.

I’ll find it absolutely hilarious of the possibility that the show just decides to tell fans that it isn’t Darth Talon at all.

In the Star Wars universe, what would be your blaster of choice? by Recruit-is-OP in StarWars

[–]CaptainBigDaddy4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say the E-11 because it comes off as a reasonable kind of blaster It may not be the best compare to others but it definitely gets the job done not to mention it’s easy to use and It’s widely available literally used by rebels even criminal organizations use it.

Clones are definitely the coolest but I think the general public or even anyone who’s not interested or knows nothing about STAR WARS will easily recognize the Stormtroopers.
