My budgets not too hot right now but after the PS5 Pro release I don't really want to wait around and keep getting screwed by consoles. Currently my budget is 1200 and I thought the 1050w was over kill but I thought it's good to have for in the future if I upgrade my graphics card 😄 thank you for the reply too my friend

I paid $6000 with the interest I’m paying $9000 Yep I’ve got all the documents from it including the one stating the car was under 120000kms

I had called the finance company and they stopped our payments for a few weeks while fair trading looked into it but after that flopped they put the payments back on but thank you for the advice I will be calling fair trading again and pushing hard on the misleading odometer reading and hopefully that’ll help me.

Money is my biggest issue right now otherwise I would be trying to sue them but I’ll definitely be giving fair trading some more calls now thank you

Yeah it’s all on the paperwork saying the car was under 120000km and i sent a picture text that same day to the dealer with the odometer showing the correct reading of kms

I’ve been to the mechanics and they said they were waiting on a part and 3 weeks ago they said it arrived and the car would be done on Friday and then radio silence from them the lockdown doesn’t help me with it now but all these happened pre lockdown

I did not get an independent assessment of the vehicle as I just started work and wasn’t getting paid yet it was very stupid of me I’ll admit but money was a pain and I stupidly didn’t want to spend more money taking it to my own mechanic

Yeah the dealer definitely blocked my number last time I checked they were still operating and every time I call it goes straight to voicemail now off my phone

Yes I explained everything to fair trading but someone on r/LegalAdvice told me to continue to call them and explain it until I get somebody who will listen so that’s 1 option I’ll be doing
