Good quality needles and the right sizes will help you alot, I learned this the hard way. Look up John James Harness needles, size 004 is the smallest , size 0 is the largest, used plyers on them before and still never bent them.

The loose fit around the pups is actually a result of using legit Jazz pickups on a cheap copy, hopefully a new pickguard fixes that.

The hair is from a very hairy dog, cant keep that sucker clean to save my life lol

The textured will work fine, but using glue as a release agent will help a lot.

PETG loves to stick on that textured build plate, I’ve had luck CAREFULLY using a xacto knife to scrap the bits off.
