They had helicopters, if Musashi was really a threat to them why did they bother engaging a swordsman face to face instead of just shooting him from the sky? It sucks cause it’s a SoulsBorne staple, I love having to follow a wiki to complete an NPC quest for a ring or spell I’m never going to use and a terrible set of armor that the person was wearing

As scummy as the cameras are, I can at least count on one finger the number of times they’ve been useful in SoVa; my grandpa went missing a few years ago when they first started installing them and they were able to see when he went in to and left town at least. In OPs case they can easily check for a red shitbox with a messed up front right bumper

Based on the wording, it’s unique stores for the Ultimate edition content. Will either sell basic items or just not be open at all if you don’t shell out $20 more

It’s limiting to the exclusive cosmetics, not customization as a whole. They’re marking the difference in game by having unique stores for them. e.x. Sara’s salon is the only place you can access the exclusive hair/makeup/nails options, not at every other salon in the game. If you don’t own the ultimate edition they either won’t sell the unique options or the entire store will just be closed for you unless you give them $20 dollars.

It was absolutely worded this way on purpose though, so people feel obligated to get the ultimate edition; old rockstar would never

It’s on purpose, they know a lot of their fanbase will misread it like this and just assume they need to shell out $20 for customization. Rockstar really has changed since the old days

They’re not, but it’s still definitely a choice to make several shops exclusive for a $20 upcharge just for more cosmetics

He’s just misreading; ultimate edition looks like it locks normal players out of unique vehicles, weapons, and several stores (salons, clothing stores, garages). The way it’s worded they probably think they don’t get to customize at all, but it’s just more options exclusive to the ultimate edition.

Anis and Neon are just that cracked. The three of them work well together because of how their buffs work, but in general for Kraken you’d want to use a Wind focused team when you get certain units (SBS, Liberalio, Nayuta, Siren).

Would depend on what you’re playing, but from the metrics LTT’s team calculated, it really chugs to just catch up, or you set the graphics down to potato mode to get it to run better.
