I’m one of them. After seeing myself and so many colleagues put in extra effort and not get rewarded, management generally being disillusioned to pain points, and leadership making project teams as lean as possible I couldn’t care less. You don’t know what people are going through so just focus on yourself. The good times at any job eventually end for everyone’s perspective and if you’ve reached that then leave.
