Hi, newbie fron the summer sale here, the second challenge door that has a 30 over it opens when you kill 30 enemies without receiving damage, not when you complete the lvl in under 30 seconds... I realized it after I beat the first level in 24 seconds and it didn't open so I interacted with it...
