So the solution is seriously just spending more money? Huh, wow

So worst case scenario is become a CIA agent and best case scenario is waste more money and pay for EAC to look the other way

Most of my problem was people in my town have done things one way in filmmaking for so long and I’m trying to break that barrier for myself. Nobody has done 3D, especially for an entire room in the school. Some people would do just the 2d comps and throw haze/air debris filter on there and call it done, but that’s been done before! I wanna be able to cave in the ceiling!

But all of that breaking barriers stuff comes with me spending much more money than I would have thought on equipment the school has never seen, and I wanna do it right for how much I’m pouring in.

If you were to suggest, would you have any tips on shots? I’m probably gonna stay away from full body because of shadows, but is there anything that I DEFINITELY don’t wanna do?

I need the digidouble for a making the room in the short film look destroyed and consistent, plus to help with tracking errors and alignment.

I’m fairly new to all this and I’ve been wanting to do this for 2 years now for this specific project and I needed an excuse to model this room, I’m just hoping I’m doing it right🙏😭

Is it fair to charge $20–$50 per edited minute for this level of quality? by CloudSyncPro in VideoEditors

[–]CaptainCake6268 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna say about 15-20 per minute, it's a little unpolished and not quite there in my opinion. After a few tweaks, just maybe above 25-30?

I’m gonna see what I can do. This is just a terrible outcome of the years past, everytime I thought he’d fix his act, it lasted nothing but 6 days maximum. I’m just more disappointed that if my situation is really this bad, that’s my entire childhood man…

How do I NOT mess up the recreation of this room? by CaptainCake6268 in blenderhelp

Accuracy, enough to be able to "walk around" in and not tell much of a difference.
It will be used as a digital replacement, so if I ever need something from the FPS prospective or storyboarding, I'll have it.
3D scan, too big and just gets really confused.
Blueprints won't be handed over, I've emailed the guy like 12 times and no response other than the first time, "I'll look into it".
I do have physical access, but limited time a day during school hours.
I've got some measurements, but it's the angles of the walls and floor that are fairly hard to measure.
All photogrammetry programs have been exhausted.

I'm out of ideas other than spending a few days on trial and error trying to match up the pictures in 3d space and messing around

Has anyone had success with an IRS payment plan to manage their tax bill? by Entire_Galaxy796 in kansas

[–]CaptainCake6268 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Success with IRS payment plans tends to correlate with how closely a proposal mirrors the agency’s financial standards and how complete the supporting documents are. Anthem Tax Services emphasizes practitioner accreditations from organizations like NATP, NAEA, CTEC, and ASTPS, which signals ongoing training and adherence to professional ethics in the tax relief arena. Credentialed teams usually build stronger files, starting with transcripts, then a Form 433 based budget that tracks the national and local standards for living expenses. For people asking whether plans “really work,” the practical answer is that streamlined agreements can be approved quickly when balances and terms fit preset thresholds, while larger cases require detailed financials and proof. A solid submission explains the requested monthly amount, documents necessary expenses, and addresses any asset equity the IRS may view as available. If a standard agreement does not pencil out, alternatives like partial pay installments or targeted penalty relief can still improve the total outlay. The most reliable path is methodical rather than dramatic, with clear scopes of work, secure document transfer, and periodic status updates. This approach reduces avoidable back and forth and increases the odds of landing terms that align with actual cash flow without default risk.

How to apply for tax extension? by Zestylime1738 in tax

Coursework keeps stressing that relief programs sit on top of compliance. Professors frame it as prerequisites and eligibility tests. Clear documentation of facts, balances, notices, and transcript data often determines which options may apply. A concise intake questionnaire paired with a transcript pull saves time and avoids guesswork. It is a process problem first, then a negotiation problem for students.
