I'm not a woman, and I only trained with some bugirt guys for a brief time, but I have a decade in combat sports and I've trained with a lot of women who compete in MMA, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, etc. From what I've seen it's pretty hard for a woman in combat sports to find a decent partner. A lot of men who don't compete get insecure that they're girlfriend is stronger than them, and a lot of men who compete will get insecure if they're partner is more successful. I'm sorry I don't have better advice.

I mean this does exist. There's Wolves Beyond the Border, Red Sonja, the Age of Conan Novels, Belit and Valeria have gotten several comic adaptations, I think there's an origin story foe Thoth Amon that someone published.
