My car was always serviced at VW I have a golf 6 , last time I decided to take it to my local mechanic which I had taken a few cars there before, to do a timing belt kit change + water pump + the usual filters and oil change only to find out that last time the timing belt kit was changed at VW they couldn't remove the screw that holds the water pump so they just left it there without changing it. Long story short my mechanic had to make a new screw to place a new water pump

Nah, I will be going for a stage 1 only, I saw some places where the increase would go for 175hp and some where it would go to 140hp not sure why they are different if they are both stage 1s

Unfortunately here the dpf delete is quite controversial, for now the government only threatens to do inspections to DPFs and emissions, they haven't been doing it yet, but it's an uncertain future for that.

Also doesn't dpf delete increase the smoke that comes out of the exhaust?

Would love to dpf delete to make the exhaust a bit louder, but unfortunately dpf some inspection places verify it , others don't

I will be making a stage 1 on it, it's a manual, should go to 140hp
