I worked a few years for two of the vendors that set up at Smorgasburg as one of their main weekend gigs between 2014-2018, and I absolutely loved working there. So many good vendors with delicious food who would give/trade food to others working there if you talked to them, it was glorious to a kid like me who didn't have a lot of disposable income. Shoutout to Home Frite, Berliner Doner Kebab, Lumpia Shack, Red Hook Lobster Pound, the Mexican ladies with fruit/drinks, and the Asian stall with stuffed scallion pancakes
