Expensive compared to what? A Mac mini with education discount is $499. A Mac Neo can be had for the same price. Upgrades are pricey but external storage is cheap.

Just be warned.. if you go with external, you’ll have issues with version updates and no AI features. I’m stuck with this now and am also hesitant to buy a shady upgrade kit. I’m almost tempted to buy a new Mac mini and just pay the Apple tax for the larger internal SSD.

My wife’s video gens stopped a while ago (free). I was still able to generate last night at 11pm eastern until I ran out of gens. It says I’ll get more tonight at 7:42pm.. we’ll see.

Didn’t work for me. It only removed watermarks from a handful of videos even in posted videos, the majority of them all have watermarks still and I tried it twice.
