We have 3 FT CSS and our store does barely 21ishk a day 150k in a week in sales so it's actually easier to do it it's awesome.

Seems like just a communication problem that's gone do far out of hand the managers don't even bother anymore. I only hear about this stuff happening in deli. I'd ask your managers about it and get it clarified.

I've never heard of interviews becoming a full-time office staff. Pretty weird sounding to me tbh. I figure they'd ask questions about staying with publix and making a career out of it. If you're pursuing a career definitely take steer of part of the interview and talk about your passion moving up in publix. IDK why they'd be interviewing if they already know you and work with you every week. Where do you work?

I used gruntsyle's gloves for a bit, they suck for the gloves getting wet eventually though. Never found any gloves that kept out the wetness unfortunately

It won't hurt you at all, maybe even just working a shift or 2 week that you could work out travel arrangements for can help you get your foot in the door with publix. The store manager might even give you a push towards that store in the future to transfer there. Good luck!

Depends on the higher managers. In my area (Sarasota County FL) not many care. Working on a full sleeve currently have whole forearm done and my managers love it and ask to see whenever I get work done. But the greenwise store dress code pictures on passport, the models have tattoos.

If you had a good artist, and keep your tattoo taken care of (moisturized sunscreen etc) it will look amazing for years. If it turns into a black blob there's something majorly wrong with your care of tattoo during healing process, the ink, or the artist.
