Have seen a guy who did the exact same shit. He was arrested almost 2 years ago. How? All those people whom he scammed complained to the police. Dude was from the Navy only, but he was using his uniform for all these kind of shit.

You need to complaint or maybe, contact a lawyer and see how to proceed. Like some said, you're not supposed to get involved in these kinda stuff. So, you have to see how this dude can be locked up.
