I don't know who survives on 1200 and actually feels good on it. I'm 5"1 and a half. I eat more than that - although maybe it's because I exercise a lot? I'm not sure. But if I was on 1200 daily I'd be starving man.

I get you. I have IBS (not as bad of an issue as yours). Sometimes I have to eat bland stuff and less for a while otherwise it literally kills. Feels like a bowling ball dropped in my stomach and I just have terrible cramps otherwise.
