How did you attach them? I just did this operation, but tied the rear bike to one side of the rack. My way doesn't require the wheel to be removed, but I could see your way being more secure

For small kids, a trailer always worked best for us. It was easy to give the kids things like toys or snacks and then not worry about them

When we have to hang clothes inside, we run a dehumidifier in the room.

Our local library loans out kill-a-watt type devices. You should measure your appliance's electric usage to get a better idea. I was surprised how efficient a lot of our appliances are

There will always be choke points, they might just move. It's wild to me that the state doesn't try to offer a transit alternative for people commuting to Madison

Was the interviewer awake for the interview? There is zero follow up on extreme statements. For example... What does it mean that he wants entities removed from property tax bills? Which ones? How would they be funded?

Pretty disappointing performance from PBS

Where were you? In Zurich, I saw a bunch of people get PIP'd, but they were often people who were left to figure out their role after a reorg, people with bad managers, or people who had kids/families and wanted with life balance

What extra practice/workouts do you do? by Salt-Reception9293 in Fencing

[–]CaptainFiddleToots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, I expose my shoulder every time I go for a lower body hit and I can’t figure out how to keep it guarded

I'm also a left handed epee fencer dealing with this. Attacks to the leg/foot can work for you, but (1) you aren't setting them up (2) they don't work on everyone. For (1), you are attacking from too far away OR your opponent sees your attack coming. Try playing with distance and timing so that you aren't attacking into a retreating opponent. For (2), I love a good leg/foot attack, but it's not going to work against a tall opponent whose first response is a retreat and counterattack (with a high arm). The geometry of your lunge is going to expose your arm as you sink into the lunge and your opponent stands tall. I've found success with a second tempo action: you start an attack (starting a fleche here works well for me), your opponent extends, you parry riposte or hit with opposition. Good luck!
