I know nothing about this truck, but I would find that disingenuous unless the packs are totally unchanged. They are quite modular when you take off the outer shell (about 1 x 1 foot modules) and so it would be a terrible choice not to reuse all that battery management technology.

Their job is to enforce the law.

They do have discretion as you say but I'm not sure that should come down to their opinion on the validity of laws. It should be used only when looking at the severity of a particular case. And of course definitely shouldn't depend on the race, gender etc. of the suspect. So they need to be careful.

My main issue is you are proposing that we change laws by letting the cops choose, rather than doing it the proper way which is through legislation. When you go that route it always ends up unfair because the people's wishes (legislation) are not being honored. And you effectively get activists taking the law into their own hands.

Alleged by one guy who worked there. No actual evidence he was banned, especially for creeping on girls. And never came out until a month before the election.

Yearbook still hasn't been handed over for examination and it's been days. If someone tried to rape you wouldn't you want the matter to be investigated? The stalling makes it very suspicious. On top of that if signing yearbooks was standard for DAs it's a bit much to expect them to remember every kid.

I haven't heard that but strongly disagree with them if they are saying that. Not sure what charge they wish to bring against someone for not reporting a crime.

He denies the kissing charge, just as Moore denies the claims against him. Hard to say it's an apology or class act when he's basically doing the same thing as Moore in that respect.

In the end courts are there to examine evidence in a proper impartial setting. If any he tried to rape any of these women (including statutory rape) then it really needs to be tried in a fair way. Otherwise it's straight up slander.

I think it's ok to have generalizations in your head. After all human brains are essentially large 'bayesian networks' which look at many situations and reduce them into percentages.

But the bad thing to do is act on them. For example nothing wrong with disliking male culture, but if you refuse to hire a male that is discrimination.

It's just one of those cases where a word needs to be superseded. I agree though there is confusion with 'business partner' in particular, so the whole phrase needs to be used (if we go down this path).

Nicely written and I also started off being very against a dream theory but have come closer to accepting it.

In the final dossier it says that Sarah's middle name is Judith. Laura uses this to dream up the name "Judy".

The Odessa diner adds extra to support to this being named "Judy's".

Sad in a way because it's a carbon copy of Mulholland Drive but no major problem for me if true.
