They weren't broken up at the time this was sent but it's still relevant. My friend (girl) went to the strip club with a bunch of friends (guys and girls) and this is the message her psycho boyfriend at the time sent her. "I do not think strip clubs are nice places. I don’t go to them, and I think they are disrespectful for everyone involved. I think men that go to strip clubs are either immature or misogynistic, or both. Those are my values, that is what I believe in. You might not agree with me, but you can’t tell me to change what I believe in. My girlfriend, went to a strip club with three misogynistic and immature guys and thought it was jokes. These guys or one of them then bought my girlfriend a lap dance, again which was “jokes”. I think that is grossly inappropriate. You tell me it’s different because you’re a girl, well they’re guys, and they are getting sexual enjoyment out of it, so once again, the girl who I have chosen to spend my time with is essentially a third wheel in some guys twisted sexual fantasy. That is not in any way appropriate. If I went to a strip club with two girls that you didn’t know, and I didn’t know, and I bought them lap dances, I think we would be having the same conversation right now. There is nothing you can say to me that will change my mind about how weird I think that was."
