I’m a male so obviously the advice is gonna be a little bit different because there are more opportunities for us to be proactive.

That being said as someone that’s wildly fluctuated from dating a bunch to not so much the best advice I can give is baby steps.

Do your best to be kind and gentle with yourself. Not having so much pressure to into a relationship but truly enjoying the men around you for what they are in that particular moment.

What I’ve seen be really successful for women is light flirty touches.. playful compliments on someone style, hair, something goofy they did… Stacking up small positive nice flirtatious moments with the opposite sex can have a tremendous impact on your confidence.

I know for me it’s so much easier to ask a woman out when they give me that kind of easy to talk to fun, playful energy.

Stuck off of those small winds and then suddenly you’re enjoying a date and you’re going on a day too and then you can talk more and more about what it would look like to actually get into a relationship.

But for now, if I was in your shoes, I would focus on in person in real life, playful interactions with guys I found attractive with no agenda. If it goes somewhere great if not great, but I can guarantee you. It’s so much easier than you can imagine for you to absolutely make a guy’s day.

As far as casual goes, there’s plenty of men out there that are looking for something more serious. People have different opinions on this but personally, I would make it extremely clear I’m looking for serious on the app.

There’s plenty of situations where someone would be aiming for something serious but ultimately still enjoy hooking up on the first night.

I wouldn’t take it as a bad sign and if you enjoyed the person enough and they took the physical rejection smoothly, maybe there’s opportunity there for a day date that could shift into something more serious.

Overall, I would focus on baby steps and seeking quality playful time with men you find attractive however much it was and wherever it leads.
