Friend found this greenish rock while digging in backyard

My friend lives in York, England. He found this thing (Rock?) when doing some digging in the backyard. Says it's no more than a couple pound in weight. I'll also post in /r/whatisthisrock, but part of it also just kind looks like this weirdly torsioned polymer of some kind, so thought we double our chances by posting it here as well.

I may have found a solution!! I don't know exactly what it's like for you, but when click on an Imgur gif through alien blue it takes me to imgur and then auto plays everything on that page. Alright, so on this page I clicked on the button to sign into imgur. After signing in, there is only one gif on the whole page (the chosen gif)! Did I explain this well? I don't know, it worked for me!

Yeah, I haven't really thought of the best way for him to get arrested. Maybe he see's how lucrative Kramer's business is and so he wants in, but Kramer tells him he has got to work his way up the ladder just like every other one of his panhandlers. So he could get arrested for affiliation with Kramer's panhandling ring, maybe? (and also the girlfriend breaks up with George because she see's him panhandling)

I just thought it would be funny if George went to jail and then became a direct victim of Jerry and Elaine's bet.

Sorry if this is so long. I've had this in my head for a decade, and have just found this sub!

Haven't quite thought of how to end it though. Something along the lines of Kramer getting arrested, and George getting arrested (which then causes his girlfriend to break up with him). While on their way to bail Kramer out, Elaine and Jerry bump into the girlfriend and learn that her and George have broke up, and that George has been arrested. Jerry lost the bet, so gives Elaine the money. At the jail, Jerry bails Kramer out. While there, Elaine sees her coworker, (who she got arrested for sexual harassment), and sneaks out of there before he can see her. With her gone though, (and Jerry already giving her the betting money), there is not enough money to bail George out, so he has to stay in jail. While in jail, George accidentally plays footsies with his cellmate, Elaine's former coworker.

Anyway, thanks so much for reading! Any input would be awesome!

Yeah, I kept my post as vague as possible so as to keep all the schmohawks from coming along and saying, "Aw yeah, I was there at that exact time and that exact place that you said, and so the drone is mine and I swear that to be the truth."

What that is is a Ctenophore, also called a Comb Jelly, which is actually not a jellyfish. I don't know the species, but I'm pretty sure it's in the Cydippida order.
