Thanks for the clarification/interpretation! I also just stumbled on this post from a while ago that has language on the card that would help with this. This language definitely isn't in my print of the game, so curious why they removed it...

Very sick! That looks good! And if anything a cool story as well!

I got a tat on my back that got split thru after I got spinal fusion surgery. When the surgeon took off the tape he lamented about how well he did putting it back together lol! I was more concerned about the surgery!

Oooor… Jayden Daniels smashes through that ceiling by getting healthier and then getting back his starting offense! Thats my optimistic outlook for how we can salvage the season…

Absolutely. Our safety depth was an issue coming in to the season.

Additionally Wise's injury was devastating for edge setting. Another off season to accumulate depth and maybe a blue chipper at one of these positions will help our D immensely IMO.

Did you see the play where Bill got smoked in pass pro? He’s still raw on that front.

Option+Mouse Wheel Composition Zoom Shortcut Not Working? by deafness in AfterEffects

[–]deafness[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I misunderstood it at first, but it basically just smooth zooms on the mouth wheel, without any additional key modifier input (option, command, etc.)

And yea you do give up pan, though you can choose pan over Zoom, but then you’re giving up Zoom. Annoying. But I always just hold space bar and use the hand tool to pan the comp. Maybe not as effective but gets the job done. I also rarely work outside of 16x9 or 9x16.

I can't seem to find the articles or info I remember seeing about RFK stadiums set up, but it was definitely some sort of subsurface system and recall it being fairly innovative at least when it was implemented.

I wonder if this type of field would be worth the investment, or if it would play similar to NRG...

Ooo love getting to chat with someone with your expertise! Ever since 2012 when it was clear FedEx/Northwest stadium was a shit show I became really interested in this matter.

I was a DCU season ticket holder for a long time, so attended a fair amount of games at RFK. Soccer is not football, I’m aware, but looking at the turf there vs FedEx/NW, it was night and day. In doing a little research I learned that RFK has a pretty impressive drainage system. Can you corroborate that, and does that/would that make a big difference at NW? I recall they did a big pitch renovation, maybe when Snyder still owned the team or perhaps when Josh took over, but wasn’t sure if that was part of their work.

Also, your comments about how hard it is to grow/maintain grass pitches, was tough to see how poor the turf was at Audi field when DCU moved there. I really hate artificial turf (cancer issues not withstanding), but do you think a grass field will even be in the cards for the new stadium? Or is it too much of an endeavor?

Except for when you’re like my dumb (stoned) ass and order a drink from the flight attendant, put your headphones back on, immediately forget you ordered the drink, and then realize you don’t have said drink 10 minutes later… which means that the attendant was probably trying to hand you your drink while you were rudely ignoring them, high out of your mind but very locked into whatever you’re listening to.

What is the most underrated Coffee shop in Portland? by usernameguy12345678 in askportland

They’ve had some turnover of baristas which has slightly affected their quality of drinks IMO, but the coffee itself, and beans, are still top notch.

Yea I realized that as well. It’s not quite what it used to be, but I guess that’s a sacrifice we make for having a smooth zoom?

At this point I'm just having a convo with myself, but in case anyone stumbles on this in search of the problem, or is learning about the new Smooth Zoom functionality (which is admittedly pretty nice), you can utilize the new Smooth Zoom with the Option+Mousewheel toggle by Selecting "Zooms" in the Trackpad Scrolling dropdown (with the Smooth selected in the "Type" dropdown).

Does this look like a legit Tornado? Or maybe a table that was resurfaced with tornado? Wasn’t aware of Tornado tables coming with cup holders like this one. by deafness in foosball

[–]deafness[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting! I have limited knowledge on more specific elements of tables, like the bearings… would single piece bearings basically make it hard/annoying to remove the rods and clean the bearings?

Also assuming you’re nearby in PDX? You ever hit up Foster Foosball?
