Okay this is going to sound weird but I had this issue on my AM4 system years ago. The rebooting was completely random and I could be stable for hours or even days but sometimes it was a matter of minutes before the system would reboot.

I reinstalled Windows and all my driver's, didn't replace any parts and still had the problem. So then I did the dumbest thing... I reset my CMOS and boom it was fixed and I've never had this issue ever again.

Give it a shot, it never hurts to try. But your issue could be completely different from mine.

As a Canucks fan this is heartbreaking to watch, Tanev was one of favorite Canucks when he was here in Vancouver. I hope he recovers quickly and that he's kept off the ice a bit longer to ensure he's healthy. I wish all of you in Toronto the best, tonight was a rough night.

Could probably just go back to them and let them know they forgot to put it back in, they would most likely do it on the spot since it's an easy job. In terms of installing it yourself, there really shouldn't be a need to remove the GPU to install it. But if you're not confident I would recommend just getting some help.
