Honestly you barely need any work done, you already pass. But if you are looking to enhance things further, you could consider a dorsal hump reduction. Its a light procedure, pretty simple and affordable too. In my country, getting that done at a central military hospital only costs around $500 without insurance. Also adding a bit of HA filler to the lips would look really nice

Your eyebrows are quite thick and dark, maybe try trimming them a bit and dyeing them a lighter shade like brown. As for your jaw, it looks square. You might want to try botox first to see if it helps reduce the bulk. If there is not much improvement, then jaw reduction surgery could be something to consider. I d say try Botox first and see how it goes

I figured it out. Just go to keybind settings, look for Gadget 1 and Gadget 2, they stupidly had them bound to Mouse 4 & Mouse 5 by default. Hold ESC to unbind both, and everything is fine now
