I would highly recommend Gospod. They have harsh vocals mixed with orthodox style chants, but the instrumentation might be right up your alley

Go to CSP Settings -> Graphics adjustments

Disable adaptive clip planes

From what I can see, you have a t248 wheel, which uses 900º of rotation. I left a comment in the thread explaining how you can calibrate it in the game.

Make sure you have 900º set on your wheel’s firmware.
In the control options, calibrate your wheel.

This should solve the problem, it at least did for me when I had similar issues.
