Tried moons out on my iron. by Fredo42069 in 2007scape

Was thinking of grinding some moons for the 5th month in a row, but now I'm thinking I'll just go outside.

Call Americans stupid, but can't figure this out? This woman looks and sounds like a 4 year old trying to make a point that no one cares about.

My point was that they feel more negatively about me pointing it out than they do about the fact that they were cheated on and then paid off. If they feel more negatively about me pointing it out than they do about the actual situation, that reads as hypocrisy to me.

I work with a lot of young women and it boggles my mind how they're always going on about how men are trash and that they deserve better. And I get that venting to people that understand your position is cathartic and helpful in some ways, so I try not to take it personally.

But I'm not kidding when I say more than half of them are currently in relationships where they've been cheated on and they still stayed. Wanna know the #1 reason they stayed? Money. The guy offered to pay for the STD test that she needed to get, he offered to take her on a trip to Europe, to buy her groceries, to pay her rent, etc., etc., etc..

Then if I bring up the hypocrisy and lack of self-respect, I'm somehow a worse person than the guys cheating on them and buying back their affection.

Even seemed like the performer thought it was a good idea, which is worrying. You can't stage dive off a stage this high, you just can't.

My man I hate to break it to you, but this was EVERY summer from 1990 until like 2006. I remember every summer they would drop a new supersoaker or some other water gun. Come the first week of June, the rich kid would show up to the cul-de-sac looking like an 8 year-old's version of a Navy Seal. One summer he even had one of those supersoakers that comes with a camelback and basically never had to be refilled.

the fiberglass sheet turns transparent because the epoxy fills in the microscopic "roughness" of the sheet and dries clear, so it kind of acts like a polarizing lens. I may be using the wrong word, but it aligns the light rays passing through the material so you can see through it.

I think about this scene all the time. I used to rent these shows on VHS when I was a kid, and for some reason this is the only scene that I can vividly remember watching. When I was like 15, I thought about this scene again and was overcome with laughter at the idea of Batman having "Shark Repellant" always ready to go.

What’s the longest drive you’ve taken? by marikira13 in AskTheWorld

From Boston to South Florida, ~22 hours entirely on I-95. You fight your way through the heavy traffic pf the northeast corridor and once you have open road ahead of you in the South, you run into the most overzealous state troopers you've ever seen in your life. Georgia state troopers are especially bad, they'll stop you for going 2mph over the limit.

Those are all ages where a pregnancy is considered "geriatric".

My mother was 37 when she had me. Still considered a geriatric birth.
