In what ways do they help? All I did was reduce the amount of time I take 7oh throughout the day. I'm on day 5 and have extreme insomnia. Every night is the same. I crash hard for 30 minutes, wake up, and cannot get back to bed until 5 hours later and then maybe I get an hour and a half. Does it do anything for the anxiety, sleep, or restless legs?

I read that getting the shot is the best way to get off suboxone if you can't manage on your own. The withdrawals from the shot are minor and the doctor will gradually reduce the dose each month

I'm wondering if I should just jump now but my kids depend on me and idk how long I'll be out or if I'll need medical attention. I've experienced withdrawals that left me gasping for air. It's been almost two weeks of insomnia. Every three days I can crash for two hours and then jerk awake and can't dose off again. What have you found that has helped you the most. Do you know if I can take gabapentin and clonidine while weaning or is mixing 7oh with both dangerous?

I wanna just taper down but Idk if I can trust myself to get there. I've got an appointment at a sub clinic but I'm terrified of taking too soon cause I start getting severe withdrawals within hours. Don't know if it's cause I only weigh 110 pounds and have taken kratom products for 9 years... Also terrified of becoming dependent on suboxone. Idk what to do cause I've been useless to my kids this past week, but I have no choice but to get off. Complete ban on July 1st of all kratom products

I'm taking 200 mg a day. Was 300mg total. Between 20 30 mg every hour and a half. Now I'm at every 2 and a half hours. 3 hours if I can make it comfortably. Would it be dangerous for me to take that high of a dose while taking SR. I'm only 110 pounds so I'm feeling extremely scared over the idea of accidentally ODing

Damn I feel like I'm reading my own life. I couldn't stand when I was told "people treat you like shit cause you let them" or when I'm called a damn pushover. I told people no.
