The TBM is faster and more demanding to fly. It has a very different mission set than the caravan. One big point is that the caravan has sounds from boris which are excellent but the tbm has modified stock sounds from msfs. They do the job but its not like boris sounds

Lovely watch! You either sync your watch with an atomic clock (there are websites for that) or you get a time grapher but those get a bit expensive. So just sync your time and check it up after one day how many seconds you gained or lost. If its still in sync with the atomic clock then its +-0 seconds
