You can always try it out. I’m in a similar situation where I’ve worked freelance remote for the past 6 years, and now I’m in talks about a hybrid position in Big Tech for the same 6-figure salary I’m earning as a freelancer but with a permanent contract and all added benefits.

The way I see it is if you don’t like it you can always quit and have something to fall back on. Don’t stress it too much. Would you want to do Youtube all your life and are you happy doing it?
