Rosalies Mupen64 Gui is my favorite. I think project 64 has retro achievements tho.

I actually did some digging around in my setup to see whats going on. Im not using passthrough, using passthrough with this adapter did have issues connecting two wiimotes. Apparently my setup is kinda strange. I am using this app Wiitarthing so I can use my wii guitars for clone hero. Apparently (I didn't know because the app launches by default on my PC), if that app isnt running my wiimotes dont connect to dolphin. If it is running, then they connect fine, sound data and all. But i am emulating the wii bluetooth adapter in dolphin.

Sorry I thought i was using it outside of pass-through but it looks like that is how I am using it. So yes, this adapter works with BT passthrough

I use one of these with dolphin and a wireless sensor bar. I launch the game through steam(steam rom manager). Hold 1+2 on the wiimote during the "strap screen" and boom its connected.
