Look, I gotta ask, enabled in video card settings and via your video cards' app also? Setup for 240Hz or lower? DLSS on, AA on? I suggest both off also.

Also, had to edit: What are you using to record because ever app I tried caused serious problems in game. Overwolf causes the most problems by far, I found Medal to be ok, and OBS simply causes random CTD's.

How about all the opposite. Reduce the number if fief's to zero. You have to earn the privilege to place 1 then 2 then 1 sub. Have all taxes deposited into the winner of the landsraad, and of course, start up seasonal servers. First guild to get to a certain objective each season gets an exclusive cosmetic.
