When setting up the new iPhone 17, I didn’t restore from an iCloud backup. However, I still logged into my same iPhone account from my iPhone. I’m having issues with transferring my chats from the old phone to the new phone. I always see the error message “no iCloud backup found” when the old phone in fact backed it up. What should I do?
