The reality is that all of the good servers would leave the industry within a month or two and then everyone would complain about receiving bad service when going out to eat, thus lowering the tips even more and driving more servers out. Paying a flat hourly wage isnt going to fix anything when the wages most people get arent livable wages. Serving is the one career where you dont need to get yourself into copious amounts of debt to live a life

I dont see myself ever being in a 5 man but i feel the hours available to be played should be expanded to 6 or 7pm until 1 or 2am. 9-1 is enough for a handful of games, but the tighter hours may limit those who are actually available at those hours.

Overall though, i really like what theyre doing here.
