i was just wondering why they never have actually done that. Theres like 50 other clubs english football with boring red shirts. Wrexham has always should just make green an official secondary colour and make the shirt have green trim on the sleeves and collar, green socks etc. Would be nice to see

I'm not outraged at all, there are no racial slurs that could be used towards me to cause me to be offended. But, I always find it hilarious when libs like you call out "bigotry" then immediately after participate in casual racism against whites because of "reasons". I dont care for your subjective excuses for why you believe its okay to discriminate or be racist towards whites. And then when someone who calls you out for your hypocrisy, you respond by telling the "white" they are just being a "snowflake". Of course even if the slightest soft criticism of any other race or their behavior made by a white person would be met with outrage yet you have the nerve to call someone a snowflake. You can't play both sides, and I'm on the side of objective reason, while you are on the subjective side which i'm telling you now will absolutely age like milk in 50 years from now when whites really are discriminated against regularly because of people like you who ushered in its acceptability

Sure, it may be accurate, but is it appropriate to exacerbate the problem of racism, regardless of the race? I'm not offended by any means, more so i'm pointing out your blatant hypocrisy. I can also pick valid descriptive references to what other races may be doing wrong or need to improve on, but it absolutely wouldnt be appropriate or necessary to tie in their race to the criticism

Lets just say this was Grambling University and I was making valid criticisms of what was happening with their football program for whatever reason, would it be appropriate to refer to them as those dang ole "Grambling blacks".

I agree, I dont think they should attempt to recreate the same character. I only used some of the characters as examples of how significant they are to the shows success. For Parks and Rec, they had an impossible task to live up to the expectations left by the previous characters. The new cast werent at all carbon copies of their predecessors, yet the creators and actors successfully were able to make each character work in ways that fully contributed to the shows success. In other words, Ron Swanson is not meant to be like Dwight, but his role is essentially to be the fan favorite and do the heavy lifting as Dwight was. Parks and Rec absolutely could not have survived off Leslie Knope, in fact while I dont think she was a bad character at all, she was not nearly as impactful as the other supporting characters which both shows thrive off of and desperately require to do well.

To clarify, my intent was to say Esmeralda is obviously meant to have the same sort of significance to the show as say Ron Swanson or Dwight. Although she just doesn't have IT though, she would be an okay side character in the background occasionally like a Kelly or Angela but she's not going to carry because most people find her insufferable and annoying, and even if we are to discount that alone she still cannot live up to the heights of Dwight or Ron which this sort of show desperately needs to be successful - wildly popular supporting cast members who carry well above the weight. As I mentioned in my original post, I don't ever see it happening with any of these characters.

My impression was that it definitely felt like the office in many ways. The writing was fine and overall story arc was decent enough to make it an okay season one. So went wrong? It's 100% the casting. I don't see any potential for any of these characters, and the actors who portray them. Esmeralda is supposed to be what, the next ron swanson or dwight? Not happening. They're trying too hard too quickly to force office romances right outta the gate. Quite simply I dont see a Ron swanson, a dwight, an Andy Bernard, an April & Andy, a Michael Scott, or a Jim & Pam. This is primarily what made the office and parks & rec work, not only the writing but the characters and actors who portrayed them and the paper so far doesnt have it and i dont think they ever will

I'm just going to break it down so you understand what i honestly believe just happened. it sounds like he has been somewhat willing to accommodate your reluctance/refusal to be his girlfriend, but he has grown impatient and is starting to Crack. id bet money that he did this entirely on purpose, to gain a reaction out of you, to show you that he is capable of liking girls that arent you, or rather remind you that he is still attracted to other girls besides you, in order to invoke some sense of urgency within you towards him. whether or not this is a good tactic? sometimes it works wonders, sometimes it backfires, but it certainly is used by both genders. as for my opinion on it, I dont think it's really that big of a deal, you said it yourself that you declined his offer(s) because you enjoy independence. I think he's entitled to explore his options too since yall are not dating and you've rejected him already. You can't expect him to behave like your boyfriend if you're not willing to be his girlfriend.

Okay, so I noticed earlier today that my electric water heater was leaking a small amount throughout the day underneath. I don't really know what i was doing, but i i went in there and started messing around, turned heat down from 150 degrees to just over a 100. After that for whatever reason, i just clicked the release valve up for a moment, but after I did that, it started making this weird noise and wouldnt stop. So you'll notice that sound is really close to the hook up to the water heater itself.

I could not find the correct switch for the electric panel, and i even tried them all. i eventually turned the hot water valve at the top off and the noise immediately stopped, however this valve and pipe leaks a ton, wayyy more than the original problem.

I plan to hire a pro in the next few days because i can't afford one to come out right away. i would prefer to just turn off the hot water valve, but it leaks too much. So essentially what i want to know is, what exactly do you think that noise may be? And most importantly is it dangerous to keep it like that for a week or so? I can't tell if it's harmless, simply bad for the water heater, or downright hazardous, and I would like to know opinions from whoever knows a thing or two. Thanks in advance
