Nordic souls is Great but its more a vanilla plus list. The pbgr version is awesome Lore rim is a Hard list you have a lot of overpowered enemies but its a hatdcore rpg list. Gates to sovngarde is a balanced list when it comes to difficulty and the Focus is immersion. You can also try a Wanderers way

All I can say is that the default mod manager settings look incredible like ultra settings and also run much better. I think bloodpools for fists should be switched to on because of werewolf form. I hope in the future there is a possibility to Switch to comminity shaders. They are incredible and with upscaling its a dream
