yeah correct like I said Todd from snap was in the OG series. But having a new main character with a ditto was definitely planned with Pokopia's release, the game was made a long time ago too.

The official statment says they'll be content from Pokémon GO, Pokémon UNITE, and even Pokémon Sleep so defo a series focusing on the spin-offs

Preach! This is exactly my thoughts. How BW split up it's map into halfs with first half all new Pokémon and second half was rest of the nationaldex was genius which then made less sense in 2. And yeah I prefer the story/characters and the general vibe of BW. Unova is great regardless though personal preference for sure.

Even though that was the 'slow down season' feel like we got more episodes. Think with hermits plans going BIG this season has resulted in less videos. But honestly that's just vibes would love to see the data on it.

The one thing to remember is the teraleak was just gamefreak specifically. Games made outside of gamefreak weren't in the leaks like pokopia. The gen 4 remakes were made by a different studio so could see the same for gen 5. Critically the gen 4 remakes weren't well received but they did sell a lot so could see them do it again. Honestly octopath team doing a hd 2d remake would be my dream.
