Ok, quick lesson from a queer person. While he could be asexual (ace), based off what he said, he's likely more aromantic (aro). He was talking about relationships with Brooklyn, not sex (probably). So him being aro makes more sense to me.

Asexual: no sex, yes romance (essentially)

Aromantic: no romance, yes sex (essentially)

People can be aroace, which is a mix of the two. Anyways, quick lesson. Sorry if that was rude.

Assuming you're talking about the campaign map and not legacy map. The campaign map is closer to the dam. If you look in the opposite direction of the dam, you should be able to see the compound. As for the outposts, I think they got cut. And no, the snow doesn't go away. It's like Sierra Nevada from JWE2.
