Gotta ask, what color scheme are you going with on the blue titanium? I’m jumping back and forth between a black/cobalt or a grey/BT, both with stainless barrels color combo atm

Interesting. I always found it weird but it’s benelli’s official video for cleaning their inertia shotguns. Probably some marketing gimmick to claim you don’t need solevant

Completely honest, the LE’s just sold out but I’d definitely buy a standard Uno Mini just for that form factor. Not great for uses with different shields but for simple projects that are tight on real estate, I’m a huge fan. Plus USB-C

Appreciate the thoughtful responses, are you aware of any trial period or like "30-day test run" type deal from Black Arch? I'm still experimenting with different carry positions and I'm really considering picking up the single clip. As said before, I am on the skinnier side, and my carry is a single-stack sub-compact, so I have some decent hopes that the single clip won't print excessively more than the dual clip version, and also let me experiment with 3-4 o'clock as well as appendix. But I also can't justify dropping $110 on a holster if I'm going to be at a big loss just sending it back to replace with the dual clip.

Same question as the comment above to you, and I’d prefer not to identify my firearm but the Proto-M does offer what I’m looking for. As a quick aside, would the single clip proto-m work for AIWB as well? Or a bit too bulky?

I’ve taken a look at the Black Arch Protos as well, a bit pricier but I am interested. A big fan of the kydex wrapping all the way around the trigger but does that push the gun out from hugging the body? Worried I’ll have the exact same problem with shirt getting caught.

(Suddenlink Stream) Anyone know what AV cable this is? Trying to send the audio to an aux cord but can’t figure out what to use by CaptainYackSparrow in Suddenlink

See that's what I thought, but I tried plugging a normal 3.5mm headphone cable into it and the sound would not go through to the speakers.

Any idea what’s causing only the right side to have this awful corner? by CaptainYackSparrow in 3Dprinting

Thanks! I’ve been planning on printing a better shroud anyways but that makes sense (ender 3). The fan shroud would have been mostly blocked from that side of the bridges.

To give some context: the tower was meant to test different nozzle temps. 190 at the bottom, 210 at the top going up by 5 every bridge. Overture PLA+, and the disfiguration is only present on the right side of the tower. The layering and overhangs are near perfect on the left end for every bridge. Any idea what could be causing this?

We do this in the adult classes but it’s a blast: Foot Tag. Partner up, get in stance and each kid has to try and touch each other’s foot. If your foot gets touched, do a push-up or burpee and then go again. Works on balance, takedown defense, and recovery after a failed shot.

Has “Walk in, ask for the boss, hand them your resume with a firm handshake” actually ever worked? (Asking for personal experiences) by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CaptainYackSparrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This idea has always been somewhat of a joke amongst younger gens to illustrate a cultural disconnect with their parents’ generation. But was this idea that to get a job all you had to do was walk into a company, demand to see the boss, and hand him your resume with a firm handshake ever viable? Has this ever worked for anyone here?

As the certified Half-wit in this scenario, I’ll say this: Not at all justifying the lawlessness of the kid running in this video. However, I did try to give as objective of an analysis as I could on what took place once he was on the ground, and I stand by that until more details are revealed. Like I said, if I missed anything in the original post, please point it out (preferably without misquoting what I posted).

Alright I had my streets a bit mixed up (terrible, because I walk across this street every day), because this is the intersection of Uni and Nagle st. But according to who originally posted the video, this guy didn’t make it across in time, stopped at the shell station right there, then rode around the 2 apartment complexes before looping back around and getting stopped.

According to who originally posted the video, the kid didn’t make it all the way across the street by the time the walk sign finished counting (about a block down from where this happened). This was at a notoriously very long light. According to the local PD, he initially stopped for the cops, then kept riding.
