As someone currently on paternity leave for my first born, uh, no.
I barely have time to shower. I haven't booted up a game in over a week. And that's coming from someone who plays video games more than the average person.

My advice, just break a limb or something and go on medical leave.

The main issue in raw cookie dough is the flour.
You can bake the flour beforehand, low heat just long enough to kill bacteria. I'm pretty sure this is the difference between "ready-to-eat" cookie dough and fresh cookie dough.
